There are no direct trains. But you can travel from either Delhi or Rewari.
2. Haryana Roadways operate buses between Gurgaon and Hisar. These are normal buses (non-AC) though they are of decent quality and good service.

For self driving, there are many route options. The highways between two cities are excellent. You don't need to enter any of the cities in between as by-pass roads are laid out.
